Eligibility
- Applicant must be 18 to 65 at application and no older than 75 at maturity. At least 2.5 acres of perennially irrigated land is required up to ₹10 lakh and five acres above ₹10 lakh, together with sufficient disposable income. Existing bank borrowers need a good three-year record; multiple banking is not permitted.
Passing a listed condition does not mean the bank will approve an application.
