Eligibility
- must hold a valid Indian passport; may hold a foreign passport. Entry age is 21 and maximum age 60. Applicant needs status for 3 years, steady income, and at least 2 years overseas employment with a valid contract/
work permit. Resident spouse or close relative may join as joint applicant; property must be non-agricultural with valid housing-use documents.
Passing a listed condition does not mean the bank will approve an application.
