Eligibility
- Beneficiary family includes husband, wife and unmarried children. The family must not own a pucca house anywhere in India and must not have received a government housing allotment in the previous 20 years. Houses generally must include the female head or wife in the title, subject to the scheme exceptions.
Passing a listed condition does not mean the bank will approve an application.
